We tried our first Oliver wine tonight at the Main Street Bistro in Lancaster. It was a friends birthday so we met them there. I have been the “wine consultant” for our friends because I enjoy a good wine. I like Merlot and Pino Noir for my taste but my wife and her friend like sweeter wines and Mocato’s are one they know will usually please their palet.
When we arrived our friends had already ordered a bottle of your Cherry Moscato. It was fantastic. We immediately started searching the web where we could find it and we have.
I will put a few bottles in my chiller tomorrow. I truly enjoyed the wine.
Then I read your story, that only added to my interest in your brand because you practice what I believe is the most important priority of a business.
    Customer, Care, and Committment.
I am the Director of Business Development for my company and we are in the commercial transportation maintenance and repair industry. Many of our customers are farm owners here in Ohio. Many are fortune 500 companies with international distribution. Even though they are worlds apart to us they have one thing in common. We treat them as we do our staff, like friends and family.
Thank you for the great product, you have earned a couple new customers tonight with that. Thank you for the way you believe a company should be operated, with that you have earned my respect and loyalty. I know to many that earning one mans respect doesn’t mean much. But I know that it does and I know you do too.
    With the best regards.

Eddie, we are so appreciative of you taking the time to share such kind words with us (and so glad you all enjoyed the wine!). Our company has been around since 1972, and customer service has always been the top priority β€” we’re so happy to hear how that resonated with you. If you are ever in our neck of the woods, we sincerely hope you’ll stop by for a visit. Cheers and happy holidays!
