Mimosa Mornings Gift Basket

Make winter mornings bright with a little bubble! Semi-sweet Bubblecraft White is perfect for the classic cocktail, or on its own. Plus, mix up the easy crepe mix from Stonewall Kitchen for a tasty mid-morning treat!

Creekbend Vidal Blanc Sparkling

Toast the holidays with this sparkling wine. Crafted by hand using traditional “methode champenoise” in small batches by our vineyard crew, this brut-style wine is a staff favorite. Fresh and delicate, yet complex and balanced, enjoy in a mimosa or on its own.

Cherry Chirp Cocktail

This simple cocktail combines a few of our favorite things: festive color, a gram-worthy garnish, and of course, Cherry Moscato. One sip, and you’ll be sold. Get the recipe and surprise your friends with this original creation!

Cobbler Cordial

Right before we released our new Cherry Cobbler wine last May, we spent an afternoon in the Oliver test kitchen, inventing cobbler cocktails. It’s hard work, but someone’s gotta do it!

After sampling many different combinations and proportions, we narrowed them down to our favorites, keeping lots of notes along the way. We refined each one a little more, and ultimately decided on four final recipes that met the Oliver standards.

Above: Cocktail notes from the Oliver test kitchen. In addition to flavor combinations, we also considered the glass and garnish that would best complement the drink.

Of the four cocktails, one is especially near and dear to our hearts, because a key ingredient comes from our friends at Cardinal Spirits. Their Nocino liqueur brings a nutty flavor to the tart cherry, and is complemented by the wine’s cobbler finish. A splash of cherry soda on top gives it that perfectly refreshing fizz.

With Cherry Cobbler on sale right now, it’s the perfect time to stock up and try all four cocktail recipes. Let us know which one is your favorite!

Bubblecraft Summer Sparkler

Summer is just around the corner, and we’re kicking it off with a new sparkling cocktail! We mixed refreshing cucumber and tart lemon with a hint of Bubblecraft spritz, and the result is our new go-to summer sparkler: light, crisp, and just-a-bit sweet.

Summer Sparkler

1/2 oz elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 oz lemon juice

6 oz Bubblecraft White

cucumber slices

sprig of mint

Muddle cucumber with lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur. Shake and strain into Collins glass over ice. Top with Bubblecraft White. Garnish with cucumber and mint.

Bubblecraft is one of our year-round favorites, because it can be used in everyday seasonal cocktails, or enjoyed on its own with bubbly-worthy celebrations.

Try it!

The King

Not just any cocktail is fit for a king. It must be refreshing, unique, and have a hint of royalty. As play continues at the Masters this weekend, we’re toasting to spring and sipping this delightful libation inspired by Mr. Arnold Palmer himself.
